Only as a solidarity model the use of public transport can be offered so cheaply.
The student card also serves as semester ticket. This applies:
• Absence for semester abroad or internship with matriculation to proof study achievements or examination achievements => semester contribution including semester ticket has to be paid.
• Leave of absence with matriculation but without permission to produce proof of study achievements or examination achievements => semester contribution including semester ticket has to be paid.
• De-registration after start of semester or to a date before end of semester = No reimburse possible. The student card remains valid until the end of semester – also as a semester ticket.
Reimbursement is only possible if
• you have a similar restriction as german people with the disability of being blind or helpless. Please contact the studiwerk.
• De-registration before the start of semester => The registrar’s Office is allowed to reimburse the full contribution if a corresponding application is submitted in time. All certificates and also the student card will be confiscated.
